Due to sustained growth, they're expanding their operations team with a skilled Construction Superintendent to take the lead on major builds across Texas. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities for critical power and electrical infrastructure projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and safety compliance Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams Oversee installation of generators, UPS, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems Ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high technical standards Conduct regular site meetings, reporting, and progress updates Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager in electrical or critical power projects Deep understanding of power distribution systems, switchgear, generators, and backup power equipment Proven ability to manage field crews, subcontractors, and construction timelines Strong working knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and safety protocols Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Houston-based or open to local travel for project oversight construction superintendent, critical power, backup systems, data center construction, generators, UPS, switchgear, electrical contracting, field supervision, electrical infrastructure, mission-critical, healthcare, energy resilience, T&D, power distribution, site manager, project execution
