Tetra Tech is looking to add a Construction Superintendent to our team for upcoming projects across the United States.

Ability to plan, support and supervise work crews for performance of heavy civil construction activities. Responsible for the full-time onsite management of subcontractors and personnel. Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality requirements, schedules, plans, specifications, etc. Monitor the status and progress of field activities and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within the project budget. Coordinate work activities and ensure all personnel adhere to the administrative and technical requirements of the project. Maintain effective communications with clients, subcontractors, and the Project Manager. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. Additional duties as required.
High School diploma or equivalent. At least 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction. 40-hour HAZWOPER training. Certifications or licenses are a plus. Prior supervisory and foreman experience. Able to work in harsh weather conditions, various noise levels, stand, bend, crawl, and lift to 50 lbs. Valid and active driver's license. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project software. Able to travel up to 100% of the time.

Pay commensurate with experience. Pay Range: $80k-$120k
A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
