Qualified candidates will have:
Experience in construction in Commercial Pools, Aquatics, Spas, Plumbing, or concrete and/or self perform. A minimum of 5 years experience. Willingness to travel from time to time. Willing to lead with a hands on approach. The ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships. Local market knowledge. A strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn. Job Skills & Abilities: Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex construction documents (drawings, specifications) and understand contract terms (prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients. Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and make timely decisions. Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of multifamily construction industry standards, best practices, and regulations. Technology: Proficiency in utilizing computer software (Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific applications) to manage project data and communication. Experience with Procore.
