Residential Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Residential Construction Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure the successful execution of our residential construction projects. This leadership role is necessary in managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control, while fostering a safe, organized and efficient job site.
We're looking for a bilingual, hands-on construction professional with a solid track record in residential building and a passion for delivering high-quality homes on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of residential townhome construction from ground break to final walk-through.
Coordinate daily schedules for subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Enforce job site safely protocols and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate daily reports and provide updates to Construction Director.
Identify potential issues early and work proactively to resolve them.
Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Serve as the main field point of contact between crews, vendors, and office staff.
Foster clear communication and teamwork across all parties on site.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience supervising residential construction projects.
Fluent in both English & Spanish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and local codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
