Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Duration: 18-Month Fixed Contract Salary: $110K + Completion Bonus
Join an elite custom home builder with over 20 years of experience delivering a multi million-dollar home. As a Superintendent you will lead the ground-up construction of an 7,000 sq. ft. custom home valued at $10M
Requirements: Prior 1099 experience (or willingness to work 1099) Experience managing luxury custom homes 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities: Site coordination & scheduling Quality & safety control Subcontractor supervision Issue resolution & stakeholder communication
