Key Responsibilities

Direct all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design, schedule, and budget.
Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to drive productivity and uphold quality standards.
Interpret construction drawings and provide guidance on construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving.
Enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and compliance with contract documents.
Communicate effectively with owners, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor equipment and material usage to optimize efficiency and control costs.
Take ownership of field operations and support project goals with proactive leadership.

Required Qualifications

10+ years as a Superintendent on projects exceeding $200M.
Expertise in heavy civil, roadway, and new building construction (piling, concrete, structural steel).
Strong working knowledge of U.S. construction methods, best practices, and industry standards.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy Bid, and Procure.
OSHA and SST 62
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience with city, state, or federal government construction projects is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
