Job Details
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Daily tasks involve managing accounts payable and receivable, performing financial analysis, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The Controller will also be responsible for implementing financial policies and procedures, and coordinating with external auditors.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis * Experience in QuickBooks, AIA Billing, Procore, Textura. * Experience in the construction industry * Proficiency in construction cost analysis and project financial reporting * Proficiency in financial software and databases * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial records * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred * Proven experience as a financial controller or a similar role * Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members
