Our client, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking a hands-on, proactive Electrical Project Manager with Multi-Family, Hospitality, or Senior Living project experience to join their Tampa team. This is a high-impact role for a driven leader who can take full ownership of projects and deliver results from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multi-family electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure efficient project execution Manage pieceworkers and production crews effectively for optimal productivity Analyze labor and material costs, and seek opportunities for value engineering and cost savings Oversee P&L , track project budgets, and ensure financial targets are met Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and subcontractors to meet quality and timeline expectations Ensure projects are completed on time , within budget , and in compliance with safety standards
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in multi-family, senior living, or hospitality Deep understanding of the current labor market , production cycles, and managing piecework teams Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead teams successfully Experience working with project budgets , material procurement , and VE strategies Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Must be local to the Tampa area Comfortable working with an allowance-based benefits structure
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 (Depending on Experience) Car Allowance & Fuel Healthcare Allowance Paid Time Off (PTO)
