Job Description Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues
Drive project delivery from preconstruction through closeout

The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven success on active healthcare construction sites
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
