Job Description
Manage construction projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and codes. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide regular project updates. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Implement and enforce safety and health regulations on construction sites. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Healthcare Construction Superintendent' should have: A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience managing healthcare construction projects. Expertise in project management practices and principles. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of construction regulations and standards. Proficiency in using project management software.
