We appreciate people who bring experience and want an experience too./ppWe are seeking a full-time experienced HVAC Service Technician to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends./ppWhat youll do:/pulliEnsure that assigned properties are maintained according to company standards/liliSome heavy lifting of equipment/liliTroubleshoot problems and make repairs/liliProvide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills/liliPerform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required/liliMinimum 3 years field experience in HVAC maintenance or equivalent field/liliOr, 2 years of Technical school training and 1 year in the field/liliA general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades/liliProficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills/liliPossess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance/liliHave a valid drivers license/liliAbility to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)/li/ulpWe reward talent.
