We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience running industrial projects who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced environment and values autonomy and accountability. You will oversee large-scale industrial projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage job sites with a hands-on approach, maintaining organized and efficient operations
- Coordinate and collaborate with best-in-class subcontractors
- Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and timelines
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Utilize advanced technology tools for project tracking and reporting
- Support company growth by developing and mentoring team members
