Job Description

Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate and lead internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Facilitate regular site visits and progress meetings. Report project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5-8 years of project management experience in the multifamily sector. Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or substantial renovation multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
