The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials. Maintain proactive and transparent client communication. Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials. Requirements Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state admissions preferred. Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts. Exceptional communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Skills Strong legal acumen and trial advocacy skills. Ability to develop comprehensive case strategies.
