Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating for favorable outcomes. Requirements Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred. Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Skills Strong legal acumen and understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently. Proficient in using legal technology and AI software. Dedicated office space with support from a case manager and paralegal.
