We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to oversee and lead diverse commercial construction projects. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle from initial planning and coordination through to execution and final delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations, are completed on schedule, and remain within budget.

Job Description

Lead Project Planning and Execution: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Budget and Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure costs are controlled and projects stay within financial targets.

Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation for internal and client use.

The Successful Applicant
