My client is a mid-sized General Contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area. They focus on diverse sectors including medical, laboratory, public, retail, office, mixed-use, and multi-family projects ranging from $1M to $20M+. They are strategically transitioning to emphasise external projects while maintaining a robust internal development stream. They offer competitive compensation packages, unmatched flexibility, and all of the work is local to the St. Louis area. With a projected revenue of $45M in 2024 and aiming for $65M in 2025, this is the place to be for the next 5, 10, 15+ years.
Job Description Project Managers could potentially be involved in diverse projects, such as a bank project and educational initiatives Typically overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently, each not exceeding $25M in total value They collaborate closely with Superintendents Possibly managing a PE depending on the overall project size Assisting preconstruction team Predominantly local construction Managing projects comprehensively from initiation to completion without direct team leadership responsibilities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Must haves: 3+ years of Project Manager experience Degree highly preferred - Civil Engineering/CM/Related 8-10+ years of construction industry experience Proven track record running projects $5M - $10M+ A positive attitude Effective communication skills both verbally and via email The ability to foster a familial atmosphere are also crucial attributes Nice to haves: Estimating Experience Open to mentorship Willing to wear multiple hats Bringing established relationships would be a huge plus Healthcare/Lab, Multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, industrial Willing to chip in, low ego, and do what it takes to get the job done What's on Offer The compensation package includes a salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000, contingent on experience Fully covered healthcare for family (for 4 of their 6 plans to choose from) Lucrative Bonus Car Allowance Cell Phone Allowance Gas Card Bonus $80 monthly phone allowance PTO 401K match Short term/long term disability Local work
