Job Description

Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead and manage project teams to ensure quality work. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals. Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field. Prior experience in project management at a commercial general contractor. Strong tenure with previous employers. Superior communication and negotiation skills.
