Job Description

Key responsibilities for a Project Manager - DSA Construction in Los Angeles include:

• Overseeing daily building and construction activities to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams effectively
• Enforcing strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations
• Reviewing and interpreting building and construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

The Successful Applicant
