Job Description

Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution at every phase. Lead and supervise project administration staff and construction engineers. Collaborate with project superintendents to establish and prioritize operational goals. Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenues, maintaining adherence to budgets and estimates. Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract/subcontract administration. Coordinate with Construction Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers. Maintain thorough project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated expertise in managing both ground-up and interior construction projects within health care and higher education sectors. Previous experience working with a General Contractor, ideally within the Atlanta market. Strong proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and efficient resource allocation. Proven leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders. Sharp problem-solving abilities to quickly address challenges and keep projects on schedule. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication skills for transparent reporting and effective client relationship management. Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving project demands.
