Job Description
- Manage all phases of custom home projects valued at $10M+, from pre-construction through to final handover.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure vision and quality standards are upheld.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and city officials to keep projects on schedule and in compliance with local codes.
- Monitor project budgets, provide accurate forecasting, and ensure all costs align with client expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure craftsmanship and timelines are being met.
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in custom homebuilding, with at least three completed homes in the $8M-$15M range.
- Deep understanding of high-end residential construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.
- Local market knowledge of Fort Lauderdale or greater South Florida is highly preferred.
