Job Description

Oversee ground-up retail, restaurant, and medical office projects from initiation to completion. Manage project teams, including administration staff, engineers, and superintendents. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure adherence to estimates. Resolve issues related to labor, materials, equipment, and contracts. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain project documentation, including RFIs and change orders. The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in managing ground up retail, restaurant and medical office building construction. Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and resource management. Leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. Quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep projects on track. A focus on safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and client management. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
