Our client is an established growing general contractor/developer who specializes in commercial, mid and high rise multifamily, mixed use, and various other construction projects. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required Experience on mid to large size projects 5+ years of experience preferred Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferred Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer A competitive base salary between $90,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience) Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
