Job Description Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to maintain alignment with project goals. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards. Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and address concerns. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have: A background in construction project management, specifically within the municipal sector. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
