This firm is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with the ability to lead multiple projects and clients simultaneously, driving success from preconstruction through closeout

Job Description

Manage ground-up tilt-wall, aviation, and distribution center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead and coordinate the Houston-based construction team, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
Oversee subcontractors and daily on-site operations to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
Resolve project issues by coordinating with architects, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and key stakeholders.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of ground-up construction experience, specifically in tilt-wall, aviation, or large-scale distribution center projects. They have a proven track record of leading projects from start to finish, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. This individual is highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices. Experience in the Houston market is a strong plus.
