The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within our organization. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment, particularly on construction sites, and requires a strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards, as well as experience in risk management and workers' compensation.

*Duties* * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs that align with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. * Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into construction management processes. * Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. * Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports. * Stay updated on the latest safety regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to construction management. * Assist in the development of risk management strategies tailored to specific projects.

*Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NEC standards. * Familiarity with construction management software and tools. * Excellent understanding of workers' compensation laws and risk management principles. * Ability to effectively communicate safety protocols to diverse teams. * Strong analytical skills for assessing risks and developing effective safety solutions. * Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $53,694.00 - $79,709.00 per year
