We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up multifamily construction projects in the Austin market. The PM is responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle-from preconstruction through closeout-ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full project lifecycle including preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, and execution Lead project planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, and subcontractor coordination Serve as the main point of contact with owners, architects, consultants, and field staff Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and pay applications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Work closely with field teams to ensure progress aligns with schedule and quality targets Forecast project costs and monitor performance against budget Support and mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5-10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction (ground-up required) Proven track record managing multifamily projects (wrap, podium, or garden-style) Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project controls Proficient with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA 30, PMP, or similar certification is a plus Oscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
