About the role

The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined mission critical and infrastructure construction project solutions for commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading mission critical infrastructure projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Typical projects are large commercial HVAC replacements, Electrical projects including Uninterruptable Power Supply replacement projects, and other industrial office support projects. The selected candidate will be required to work from an office in Columbus, OH three days a week.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000..00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
