Position Overview: Seeking an experienced professional to oversee multiple large-scale construction projects, providing end-to-end leadership including planning, coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution. This role also carries responsibility for financial oversight and performance of assigned projects. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, field supervisors, and regulatory agencies.

Direct on-site personnel and guide project execution to meet deadlines and stay within financial parameters.

Proactively identify and address potential delays, cost issues, or other challenges to maintain project stability.

Evaluate staffing needs and workload requirements to optimize labor efficiency.

Track key performance metrics related to cost, quality, timelines, and overall project delivery.

Monitor financial indicators such as revenue, profit margins, billing rates, and resource utilization to inform strategic decisions.

Perform other related tasks as needed to support project success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a similar field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

3-5 years of experience in project management within commercial, public, or civil construction settings, including tasks like scheduling, budgeting, billing, and resolving operational issues.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., CPM), cost estimation, and document control platforms (e.g., P6).

Ability to effectively communicate complex information in both written and verbal formats.
