We is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects that shape the future of our community. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in public sector construction, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, public buildings, and utilities. Manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with city departments, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Lead procurement efforts including RFP development, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards. Provide regular updates to city leadership and community stakeholders. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7–10 years of project management experience in municipal or public infrastructure. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, public procurement, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Bonus Skills Experience with federally funded projects and grant compliance. Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, and other planning/design software. Ability to navigate political environments and build consensus.
