Role Description The Senior DBE Compliance Manager will oversee the administration of Skanska’s DBE Compliance Program on assigned projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project employees are trained on the DBE Program and verifying compliance through review of subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, truckers, brokers, and vendors, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
