My client is a mid-sized general contractor that has grown over 300% while continuing to be a reliable resource for clients across the commercial, multifamily, light-industrial, and historic renovation construction markets. They have built their business model to offer full scale services where they help clients take concepts off the back of a napkin, lead the preconstruction process, manage construction, all the way to a successful project turnover- often beating schedules and budget expectations. Through this model they have cultivated a regular repeat client base, taken on referred work, and are always competing to win new work throughout St. Louis. In order to be successful in this role, you need to have an open, creative mindset both on-site and in the office when working on projects.

The Successful Applicant 7-10+ years of experience in the construction industry Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus) Capable of wearing many hats & stepping in when needed Project Management experience is required Experience estimating is a plus Able to collaborate with on-site teams, owner, clients, etc. Experience with $1M projects Multifamily, commercial, or historic renovation experience preferred Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus What's on Offer Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience Yearly bonuses PTO Healthcare (healthcare coverage for family as well) Dental Vision Short/long term disability Car allowance Cellphone Life insurance 401k match All LOCAL work
