Our client, a reputable company in the construction and engineering sector, is looking to hire a Site Manager to oversee and manage site operations across Singapore. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and consultants on schedules, materials, and manpower planning. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct daily briefings and uphold performance standards. Safety Management: Enforce compliance with WSH regulations and internal safety policies. Conduct inspections and risk assessments. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet BCA, PUB, LTA, or project-specific standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and authorities to resolve issues and maintain workflow. Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed site documentation and prepare regular progress reports. Cost Monitoring: Track site expenses, control material wastage, and assist in procurement and budgeting. Handover Management: Ensure project deliverables are tested and commissioned before handover. Job Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years in site management, preferably in construction, marine, or industrial projects in Singapore Certifications: Mandatory: BCSS / Supervisory Safety Course (MOM recognized) Preferred: WSHO, Lifting Supervisor, Confined Space Supervisor Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiar with Singapore’s regulatory frameworks (BCA, MOM, SCDF) Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and site management tools Working Conditions 5.5/6-day work week (Mon–Sat), site-based May require overtime or night shifts based on project demands Willingness to be deployed at various sites in Singapore Benefits AWS, performance bonuses, transport allowance, and medical benefits Interested applicants, please apply with your updated resume.
