Key Responsibilities
* Lead the electrical discipline on assigned projects, ensuring design accuracy, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets. * Collaborate with clients to identify project goals, constraints, and success criteria. * Develop innovative and practical design solutions, weighing performance, cost, and implementation considerations. * Produce and review design documentation, including conceptual designs, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, and energy modeling. * Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure a fully integrated and constructable design. * Oversee client expectations, providing clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Serve as the Owner's representative during construction phases, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site inspections. * Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers to develop their technical expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications
* Experience: 6+ years in the MEP industry, with significant experience in electrical system design. * Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or higher). * Licensing: Professional Engineering License (or the ability to obtain in the near future). * Proven track record leading multi-discipline project teams. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
