A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on a multi-year hyperscale data center project in the Indianapolis area. This is a high-profile opportunity to manage the on-site delivery of mission-critical infrastructure with a major hyperscale client.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination Drive site logistics, scheduling, and milestone execution Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project specifications Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams Conduct site walks, manage inspections, and ensure accurate progress reporting Oversee MEP integration, structural sequencing, and fast-track delivery Resolve on-site issues in real time and maintain alignment with overall project plan Serve as the on-site lead for client and trade partner interface

Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in mission-critical or data center projects Demonstrated success leading large field teams on $100M+ projects Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and critical infrastructure Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills Proficient with field management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms

Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification required Experience with hyperscale clients (e.g., Meta, AWS, Google, Microsoft) Strong safety and quality control background Ability to work full-time on-site in Indianapolis for the full duration of the project
