Project Manager For Fuel Tank Repairs

This project involves the repair of secondary containment structures (aprons) for fuel tanks located at Buildings 1156, 1157, and 1159. The scope includes:

  • Concrete crack repairs
  • Removal and replacement of expansion joints
  • Application of a spray-on fuel-resistant and UV-resistant liner

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with the project SOW and safety standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
  • Manage site logistics, scheduling, and quality control
  • Verify quantities and scope of work in collaboration with COR prior to commencement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure timely completion of work within the 180-day performance period

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with concrete repair and coatings
  • Experience with federal or military construction projects is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of concrete crack repair, expansion joint systems, and spray-on coatings
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
