Superintendent - High-End Residential Construction Full-Time Greater Boston Area
We're hiring an experienced Superintendent on behalf of a respected and design-driven builder specializing in custom homes and large-scale renovations across the Greater Boston area. This is a chance to lead architect-designed residential projects from the ground up, working with a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety compliance
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized job site at all times
Collaborate with the project manager to hit timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and vendors
Take part in preconstruction planning, material coordination, and on-site quality control
Lead by example to ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier craftsmanship
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience supervising high-end residential construction or renovations
Strong knowledge of building systems, sequencing, and high-level finish work
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Self-motivated with high standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
Tech-capable (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Project/Excel/Word)
Valid MA Construction Supervisor License and Driver's License required
