Job Description Oversee the daily operations of PEMB construction projects ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and materials for timely project completion Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with building codes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to construction processes, equipment, and personnel Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and the project team to provide updates and address concerns MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing construction projects involving pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) and tilt wall Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and quality control processes Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with clients Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and adapting to changing project needs Availability to travel across the nation What's on Offer Competitive base salary (130k-150k) Work related allowances Health insurance Dental and Vision insurance PTO
