Project Management:  Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Leadership:  Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Industry Knowledge:  Comprehensive understanding of multifamily construction industry standards, best practices, and regulations.

Technology:  Proficiency in utilizing computer software (Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific applications) to manage project data and communication.
