This role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in transforming education.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of key launch domains such as regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial orchestration.Drive cross-functional initiatives with full autonomy and accountability.Test and implement new operational frameworks in real-time.Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to develop launch-ready infrastructure.Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications7-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years at MBB firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).Proven success managing complex, cross-functional operations in dynamic environments.Expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, facility development, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations.Strong analytical skills and autonomous execution capabilities.Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel approximately one week per month.Proficiency with AI tools for operational optimization.About 2 Hour Learning2 Hour Learning is revolutionizing education by providing AI-driven personalized learning that enables students to master academics in just two hours daily.
