Wireless Construction Manager career opportunity!
Location: Minnesota Market (Preferred locations: Iowa, Nebraska, or Minnesota)
Pay: ~ $45/hour
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term project
We're seeking a skilled Telecom Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of telecom construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality. This role will involve managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
- Enforce safety standards, reviewing daily safety plans and addressing unsafe work conditions.
- Provide on-site analysis and collaborate with senior managers on project changes.
- Act as the liaison between client and internal engineering teams for decision-making.
- Oversee quality programs to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage direct reporting staff, subcontractors, and matrix resources effectively.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5-7 years in telecom construction, with a strong preference for AT&T/TURF experience. Wireless experience is required; fiber experience is not applicable for this role.
- Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license required.

- Hours: Flexible schedule (M-F, 8-5, or earlier start times).
- Travel: Local fieldwork; Vehicle & gas reimbursement; standard expenses for travel covered.
- Background Check: 10 years, including DMV and employment verification.
- Drug Screen: 10-panel test.
