This is an exciting opportunity to support AT&T on high-profile projects, with a focus on small cell, fiber, and wireless infrastructure.
Pay Rate: ~ $45/hr (potentially negotiable based on experience)
Role Overview:
As a Telecom Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing construction schedules, expenses, and ensuring high-quality, safe project delivery
- Managing construction resources, including direct reports, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implementing and enforcing safety programs, reviewing job site safety plans, and halting unsafe practices
- Collaborating with client and internal engineering teams to ensure customer specifications and quality standards are met
- Experience: 5-7 years in telecom construction or related fields (small cell, fiber telecom, wireless)
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong oral/written communication
- Degree: Engineering or technical degree preferred
- Driver's License: Valid DL required
- Location: Must be local to Omaha, NE; Lincoln, NE; or Des Moines, IA
- Competitive Pay: $45/hr with flexibility for highly experienced candidates
