Job Title: Wireless Node Construction Manager Location: Southern California (Remote)
Job Responsibilities: Oversee construction and project management for small cell node projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customer representatives to manage equipment and materials. Track and manage project documentation, including as-builts and closeout documents. Attend meetings and support team leads with project deployment and scheduling. Maintain project budgets and address any issues that may impact timelines or costs. Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and construction procedures.
Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless construction, especially small cells. Knowledge of outside plant construction techniques for small cells and fiber. Familiarity with RF Sweep, PIM tests, and Fiber Optic testing. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, and project management tools. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions: This is a remote position based in a home office, with 95% of work conducted remotely and 5% travel to support field activities and attend meetings.
