Job Description Assist in managing day-to-day project operations both in the field and office Support project scheduling, procurement tracking, and cost control processes Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation Help manage contracts, change orders, and project billing Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure safety compliance Contribute to quality control and project closeout procedures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 3-5+ years of construction experience, ideally with some exposure to data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects Ground-up construction experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Willingness to travel and support nationwide projects What's on Offer Competitive Salary - Between $110,000 to $130,000 Sign-on bonus and 50% target bonus Company profit-sharing program Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Car allowance and gas reimbursement Negotiable PTO + paid sabbatical every 5 years (up to $10K bonus) Ongoing career development and promotion potential Engaging company culture with strong community involvement Opportunity to work on high-profile, complex data center builds
