About the Role

We're hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects. In this role, you'll work closely with contractors, owners, and design professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly construction meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Evaluate contractor payment applications and change order requests.
  • Support cost reporting and project budgeting.
  • Oversee punch list development and project close-out.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement, contractor selection, and contract documentation.
  • Navigate construction challenges and resolve field issues efficiently.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
  • Proven ability to manage change orders and construction documentation.
  • Experience with ground-up construction and large-scale building programs.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Projects with budgets of $100M+.
    • Background in sports, recreation, or hospitality construction.
    • Experience as an owner's representative on large-scale programs.
    • Strong meeting facilitation and documentation skills.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $74.51/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
