Job Description

Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes and regulations. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Handle project documentation, change orders, and progress reporting.

The Successful Applicant

At least 5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities in Manhattan. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction codes, permitting, and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
