Extensive field experience  in high-end custom home construction. Strong  homeowner-facing communication skills  – must be personable and professional. Background in  scheduling, planning, and team training . Experience managing  high-end materials, finishes, and subcontractors . Ability to thrive in a  fast-growing, close-knit company culture .
