About Our Client
An industry-leading, general contractor with a rich legacy in complex commercial construction is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in entertainment venues, distribution centers, or industrial warehouse projects who is looking to fast-track their career toward executive leadership.
Job Description
- Lead ground-up and large-scale tenant improvement projects in the entertainment and warehouse sectors
- Manage full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client relations, and team leadership
- Collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction teams
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of leadership

The Successful Applicant
- Project management experience in commercial construction
- Background in ground-up entertainment, industrial, or warehouse projects preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets
- Arizona market experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
