Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager Commercial Construction (Ground-Up Hotel) in the Atlanta Metro Area!

Annual salary os $100,000 $135,000 (Direct Hire). Work starts immediately with a August 2025 Groundbreaking.

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a full-service general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across the Southeast. This is an immediate opportunity to lead a $30M ground-up hotel project scheduled to begin construction in August.

This contractor is known for its strong reputation in delivering high-quality hospitality builds, collaborative project teams, and commitment to safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager will lead the entire construction process from pre-GMP through closeout. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record managing large-scale hospitality projects. You'll be supported by experienced field and office teams and have the opportunity to mentor junior staff while driving schedule, cost, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the full lifecycle of the project including planning, execution, and closeout.

-Handle subcontractor scope review, buyout, and contract management.

-Develop and maintain CPM schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved.

-Coordinate and prepare owner billings, project cost tracking, and documentation.

-Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Manager(s) and/or Project Engineers.

-Support field leadership in maintaining jobsite safety and quality standards.

-Administer RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore.

-Provide monthly cost projections and ensure financial health of the project.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.

-Must have led at least two ground-up hotel projects over $25M as the General Contractor.

-Strong skills in subcontractor buyout, management, and contract negotiation.

-Proficient in developing and managing CPM schedules.

-Experience preparing monthly billings and managing project financials.

-Proficient in Procore and standard construction documentation workflows.

-Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

-Strong familiarity with the Atlanta metro market is highly desirable.
