Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee construction projects in our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily on-site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs. • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project success.

Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with design-build projects. • Familiarity with the Charlotte construction market. • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
